Tips for coping with anxiety

Scam Warning – message from NHW Coordinator Paul Scarrott (01271 864723)

Calls are being made pretending to be from @NHSEngland checking if people have enough food and asking for bank details to provide and deliver additional supplies if needed. Criminals exploiting concerns over #COVID19. No legitimate call will ask for your bank details or for money to be transferred. A local Councillor has already been targeted.
